New Detached House, Ribble Valley

We obtained planning permission for a new detached 4-bedroom dwelling within the adjacent garden of an existing property; designed, built and ultimately sold to maximise the site’s value for the client. This project involved initial planning approval and detailed design, as well as overall project management all the way up to the final sale. Working according to established building regulations, we designed a modern, extremely well-insulated dwelling complete with a sustainable solar PV system. The installation of these solar panels provides self-sustained electricity to the new dwelling, and is linked to a feed-in tariff, resulting in no electrical running costs to the new owner.
