Bowland High School

We supported the school in a bid for funding to replace part of the old school. The School is in a prominent position in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so the design had to respond to the surroundings but importantly a high quality uplifting teaching environment. Traditional and modern materials were used with the dining hall taking centre stage with unsurpassed views to Pendle Hill.

The project was recognised with two awards at the Local Authority Building Control Awards held in Manchester in 2015.
