Senator

Founded in 1977, Senator is the largest manufacturer of office furniture and workplace solutions in the UK. In recent years Sunderland Peacock has assisted with the expansion of their group services from feasibility through to completion including the entire redevelopment of the Huncoat seating division. Works here included a new 135m x 54m x 14m manufacturing and distribution centre, vehicle workshop, recycling centre and biomass boiler including associated site master plan incorporating new entrance, roads, lorry park and car park. In addition we have re-designed their main showrooms and entrances at both their Altham Headquarters and London Offices. (Contract Value £5-10 million).
